OVERNIGHT STAYS
An immersive experience, savoured slowly.- Hourly stays check in at 4pm and check out at 10am, allowing for a more layered and immersive experience among the amenities. Multi-night stays are available, and rates reduce with each additional night. Availability is released 4 months in advance.

Hourly Bookings
Availability
Hourly bookings are available 7 days a week. We offer a range of hourly appointment lengths.
24 hours’ notice is generally required to make a booking. If you are attempting to book at shorter notice, contact us directly.
Appointment lengths of 2 and 3 hours are available up to two months in advance. Longer hourlies (4-6 hours) are released up to two weeks in advance. Due to high demand for overnight bookings at our Sydney location, longer hourlies are available infrequently.
If what you’re looking for is not displayed, we can sometimes negotiate longer lead times or appointment lengths if you contact us. It’s always worth an ask!
Price
Pricing starts at $105 per hour and reduces as additional time is added. Prices are inclusive of GST.

Terms of hire
Our terms of hire can be found here, and serve as part of the agreement between you and Hedon House. Your declaration that you have read them is part of your booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
As per our cancellation policy, the following applies to hourly visits:
If you cancel:
- 2 or more days before your booking: you can transfer your booking to another date within 120 days, or receive a refund. $30 service fee applies.
- 48 hours or less before your booking: you can reschedule to another date within 120 days with a $50 change fee, or forefeit your booking.
We also have some leniency for COVID-related cancellations, provided that you inform us as soon as you symptoms arise for you or another guest on your booking.
Hourly bookings are a one-step process.

Overnight Bookings
Availability
Overnight bookings are available seven days a week.
24 hours’ notice is generally required to make a booking. If you are attempting to book at shorter notice, contact us directly.
Standard check-in time is 4pm, and standard check-out time is 10am. Adjustments can be made upon request and incur a $35 per hour charge. Please note that if you select a later start time than 4pm, other bookings may preclude you changing to an earlier check-in time.
We release dates up to four months in advance.
Price
Rates are for up to two guests. Additional guests are $75 per person, per night. The House comfortably sleeps 4 guests. If you would like to host more than 4 guests on your stay, please indicate this in your booking request.
Rates for multi-night stays vary depending on whether the booking falls on weekdays, weekends, or both. Weekdays include Sunday – Thursday, and weeknights include Friday and Saturday.
Nightly hire rates for multi-night bookings have a reduced per-night cost. Please see the pricing table below for more detail, which includes our most popular overnight stay lengths. For pricing for 4+ day stays, contact us directly for pricing and a payment link.

Cancellation Policy
As per our cancellation policy, if you change or cancel your booking:
- up to 14 days before your booking start time, you may receive a refund of moneys paid or elect to change the booking to another date. Both options incur a $30 service fee.
- 8 – 13 days before your booking start date: you may opt to either reschedule your booking for any date within 120 days, or be refunded moneys paid. A $50 service fee applies to both options.
- 3 – 7 days before your booking start date: you may reschedule your booking or be issued a credit. A $100 fee applies in both cases.
- Within 48 hours of your booking start time: your payment is non-refundable. You are welcome to transfer your booking to another Guest.
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Overnight bookings are a two-step process.
- Request your date by selecting ONLY the date/s you’d like to spend the night. This means that for a one-night stay, you should select one date. For a two-night stay, two nights, etc. (We do things a bit differently at AirBnD…)
- You’ll receive an email from us within 1 business day, and it’ll have your confirmation and payment link. You must confirm within 48 hours or your date will be released back into the calendar, so be sure to look out for our email and action it when you get it.
