Hourly Bookings

Availability

Hourly bookings are available 7 days a week. We offer a range of hourly appointment lengths.

Our minimum booking length is two hours. We are unable to offer shorter appointments.

24 hours’ notice is generally required to make a booking, and all new guests must book at least that far in advance as you will need time to familiarise yourself with our protocols and Guest Guide.

If you a returning guest attempting to book at shorter notice, contact us directly.

Appointment lengths of 2 and 3 hours are available up to two months in advance. Longer hourlies (4-6 hours) are released up to 7 days in advance. If you don’t see availability for the date you want, select a shorter another appointment length. If you are interested in a longer hourly appointment with an out-of-hours surcharge, contact us directly to arrange a longer hourly appointment.

Price

Pricing starts at $105 per hour and reduces as additional time is added. Prices are inclusive of GST.

ADDITIONAL HOURLY GUESTS: $55 per person, per booking.

If you’d like more than 6 hours, it will be better value for you to book an overnight stay. If you’re wanting a daytime hourly appointment of more than 6 hours, contact us.

Terms of hire

Our Terms of Hire describe the terms under which we agree to provide service to you. Your declaration that you agree to the Terms is activated when you confirm a booking, and enters you into a contract for service provision with the company who administrates our service.

Cancellation Policy

This is an excerpt from our full cancellation policy, which can be found in section 7 of our Terms of Hire. We provide it here for the sake of your convenience, but we strongly advise that you read it in its full context before booking for additional provisions and interactions with other sections of the Terms.

The text below refers only to the options for changes and cancellations made at different notice periods. Please refer to the full Terms for additional information. 

 

14 or more days before your booking start time, you may:

  1. change to another available date; or
  2. receive a refund or credit of the total booking price, less a 4% service fee.

8 – 13 days before your booking start time, you may:

  1. change to another available date with a 10% servicee fee; or
  2. receive a credit or refund for 60% of the total booking price

3 – 7 days before your booking start time, you may:

  1. change your booking to another available date with a 15% service fee;or
  2. we can issue a credit worth 30% of the total booking price.

48 hours or less before your booking start time, you may:

  1. transfer your booking to another guest by having that guest contact us; or
  2. forfeit your booking.

Book your hourly visit

Overnight Bookings

Availability

Overnight bookings are available seven days a week.

24 hours’ notice is generally required to make a booking, and all new guests must book at least that far in advance as you will need time to familiarise yourself with our protocols and Guest Guide.

If you a returning guest attempting to book at shorter notice, contact us directly.

Standard check-in time is 5pm (please note that this changed in November 2025). Standard check-out time is 10am. Adjustments can be made using our booking system and incur a $35 per hour charge. Please note that if you select a later start time than 5pm, other bookings may preclude you changing to an earlier check-in time.

We release dates up to four months in advance.

Check-in & Check-out Times

Standard check-in time is 5pm. Standard check-out time is 10am. (Please note that the check-in time was updated in November 2025.)

  • Adjustments can be made using our booking system and incur a $35 per hour charge. If we cannot accommodate additional time that you have paid for, we will inform you and give you a few options to recoup the funds.
  • Please note that if you select a later start time than 5pm, other bookings may preclude you changing to an earlier check-in time. 
  • Sometimes our existing hourly bookings will impact overnight availability on your preferred date. If you proceed to the booking step and the earliest available check-in time you’re able to select is later than 5pm, contact us on 0436 000 657 and we can provide a promo code to proportionately reduce the cost of your stay, or offer you additional time at check-out if it’s available. 
Pricing & Guest Numbers

Rates are for up to two guests. Additional guests are $75 per person, per night.

The House comfortably sleeps 4 guests. If you would like to host more than 4 guests on your stay, please indicate this in your booking request, or contact us to discuss.

We are unable to accommodate parties, but we can host some small events or gatherings by negotiation. These are priced on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with your inquiry.

Rates for multi-night stays vary depending on whether the booking falls on weekdays, weekends, or both. Weekdays are from Sunday – Thursday, and weeknights are Friday and Saturday.

Nightly hire rates for multi-night bookings have a reduced per-night cost. Please see the pricing table below for more detail, which includes our most popular overnight stay lengths. For pricing for 4+ day stays, contact us directly for pricing and a payment link.

21 or more days before your booking start time, you may:

  1. elect to change the booking to another date at no charge; or
  2. receive a full refund of any funds paid, up to the total booking price, less a 3% service fee.

14 – 21 days before your booking start time, you may:

  1. elect to change the booking to another available date at a service fee of 5% of the base booking price; or
  2. receive a credit or refund equal to 90% of any funds paid, up to the total booking price.

8 – 13 days before your booking start time, you may:

  1. elect to change the booking to another available date with a service fee of 15% of the base booking price; or
  2. receive a credit or refund equal to 60% any funds paid, up to the total booking price.

If you have an overdue balance, our non-payment rules (see 6.7) may supersede these rules.

 

3 – 7 days before your booking start time, you may:

  1. elect to change your booking to another available date with a service fee of 25% of the base booking price; or
  2. receive a credit or refund of 30% of the total booking price.

48 hours or less before your booking start time, you may:

  1. transfer your booking to another guest by having that guest contact us; or
  2. forfeit your booking.

Book Your Overnight Stay

Please follow the prompts below to check availability and pricing and confirm your stay, all in one go.

Check availability and rates

Select the date you’d like to confirm availability for. If the date is unavailable, contact us to add yourself to the waitlist, or select another date.

Single night stays:

If you’d like a single night, select your date in the first calendar display. Standard rates for up to two people will display. Click ‘Book a single night’ to proceed to booking.

Multi-Night Stays:

If you’d like multiple nights, select your check-in date on the first calendar. Then select your check-out date on the second calendar. Standard rates for up to two people will display. Click ‘Book multiple nights’ to proceed to booking.
