Hourly Visits
An accessible way to dip your toes in to the House.- Hourly visits are great for a quickie or an opportunity to check out the House with an affordable investment. Availability is released up to two months in advance.
OVERNIGHT STAYS
An immersive experience, savoured slowly.- Hourly stays check in at 4pm and check out at 10am, allowing for a more layered experience among the amenities. Availability is released 4 months in advance.
Hourly Bookings
Availability
Hourly bookings are available 7 days a week. They are generally restricted to limited availablity at lunchtimes and when we have evening availability that comes up at shorter notice. We release dates up to two months in advance, but can sometimes offer them with longer lead times upon request.
Price
2-hour spots are $175.
3-hour spots are $225.
4-hour spots, though rare, are $275.

Terms of hire
Our terms of hire can be found here, and serve as part of the agreement between you and Hedon House. Your declaration that you have read them is part of your booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
As per our cancellation policy, the following applies to hourly visits:
If you cancel:
- 2 or more days before your booking: you can transfer your booking to another date within 120 days, or receive a refund. $30 service fee applies.
- 48 hours or less before your booking: you can reschedule to another date within 120 days with a $50 change fee, or forefeit your booking.
We also have some leniency for COVID-related cancellations, provided that you inform us as soon as you symptoms arise for you or another guest on your booking.
Hourly bookings are a one-step process.

Overnight Bookings
Availability
Overnight bookings are available seven days a week.
Standard check-in time is 4pm, and standard check-out time is 10am. Adjustments can be made upon request and incur a $30 per hour charge. Please note that if you select a later start time than 4pm, other bookings may preclude you changing to an earlier check-in time.
We release dates up to four months in advance.
Price
Advertised rates are for up to two guests. Additional guests are $75 per person, per night. The House sleeps 4 guests. If you would like to host more than 4 guests on your stay, please indicate this in your booking request and we’ll consider on a case-by-case basis.
Changes to check-in and check-out times are $30 and subject to availability. You’ll see the option to add time to your stay when you receive a payment link.
- Weeknights: $400
- Weekend nights $440
Nightly hire rates for multi-night bookings have a reduced per-night cost. Because there are so many possible combinations of days of the week and numbers of nights in a stay, it’s difficult to provide an easy-to-use rate chart. The best way to find out the exact price of a multi-night stay is to submit a booking request using the form below. Our reply will include a payment link that will indicate the exact price.

Cancellation Policy
As per our cancellation policy, if you change or cancel your booking:
- up to 14 days before your booking start time, you may receive a refund of moneys paid or elect to change the booking to another date. Both options incur a $30 service fee.
- 8 – 13 days before your booking start date: you may opt to either reschedule your booking for any date within 120 days, or be refunded moneys paid. A $50 service fee applies to both options.
- 3 – 7 days before your booking start date: you may reschedule your booking or be issued a credit. A $100 fee applies in both cases.
- Within 48 hours of your booking start time: your payment is non-refundable. You are welcome to transfer your booking to another Guest.
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Overnight bookings are a two-step process.
- Request your date by selecting ONLY the date/s you’d like to spend the night. This means that for a one-night stay, you should select one date. For a two-night stay, two nights, etc. (We do things a bit differently at AirBnD…)
- You’ll receive an email from us within 1 business day, and it’ll have your confirmation and payment link. You must confirm within 48 hours or your date will be released back into the calendar, so be sure to look out for our email and action it when you get it.
